The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) has released the results of the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) mock test conducted on March 28, 2026. Candidates can access their results by sending "MOCKRESULT" via SMS to 55019 or 66019 using their registered phone number. A total of 224,597 candidates registered for the mock exam, with 152,586 successfully taking the test across 989 Computer-Based Test (CBT) centres nationwide. JAMB's Public Communication Adviser, Fabian Benjamin, stated that over 20 centres with technical issues have been delisted. Candidates were warned against engaging with individuals claiming to manipulate UTME scores, as such actions could lead to cancellation of registration or withdrawal of results. The main UTME examination is scheduled to begin on April 16.

JAMB's swift release of the 2026 mock UTME results allows candidates early access to performance feedback ahead of the main exam. With over 152,000 students participating, the exercise offers practical insight into the CBT format, though the technical glitches in more than 20 centres raise concerns about preparedness for the April 16 main exam.
