Spread the word The 13th inaugural lecture of the Federal University Dutsin-ma (FUD), Katsina state, is billed to hold today, at the Professor Lawal Audu Saulawa Auditorium, take-off campus, in Dutsin-ma. A press statement signed by the chairman, Professorial Inaugural Lecture Committee, Professor Mohammed Umar Sanda, said the topic of the lecture is: 'Demystifying Traditional Barbing (Wanzanci) in Hausaland: Islamic influence and 21st Century Challenges.' He said the lecturer is Bashir Aliyu Sallau (Sarkin Askar Yariman Katsina), a Professor of Hausa Cultural Studies, Department of Hausa, Faculty of Arts, Federal University, Dutsin-Ma. He added that the chairman of the event is the vice chancellor, Federal University Dutsin-ma, Professor Mohammed Khalid Othman, FNIAE.
