The movie's popularity pushed it to the top of Netflix's rankings for African audiences in Nigeria and Kava TV's charts for international viewers. On Sunday, Kava TV explained in a social media statement that the sudden influx overwhelmed its servers, though the issue was resolved after its technical team expanded capacity.
The film's success extended beyond streaming, grossing £159,000 in the UK and Ireland, making it the highest-grossing Nollywood release in those regions. In Nigeria, Behind The Scenes earned ₦2.7 billion at the box office, placing it among the biggest Nollywood films ever. The cast includes Scarlet Gomez, Funke Akindele, Iyabo Ojo, Destiny Etiko, Tobi Bakre, Uzor Arukwe, and Mr Macaroni.
