Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma, has opened the application portal for its Interim Joint Matriculation Board Examination, IJMBE, programme for the 2026/2027 session. The programme is a national examination body approved by the Federal Government of Nigeria and certified by the National Universities Commission.

The IJMBE result can qualify candidates for 200-level admission into Ambrose Alli University or any other Nigerian university through Direct Entry. The certificate is also accepted by some foreign universities for admission.

To be eligible for the programme, applicants must possess at least five credit passes in not more than two sittings in SSCE, WASCE, GCE O-Level, NECO or NABTEB. These credits must include English Language and Mathematics, with at least three of the credits in relevant subjects.

The application form costs N25,000, and applications close on 31 May 2026. Payment and form submission are done online.
