10 Firms' Unclaimed Dividends Plummet to N24.3bn

Nigerian companies have reported a significant decline in unclaimed dividends, with a total of N24.3 billion declared in 2025. This represents a 26 per cent decrease from the N32.65 billion reported in 2024.

The 10 firms responsible for the unclaimed dividends are Nestle Nigeria, Dangote Cement, MTN Nigeria Communication, UAC of Nigeria, BUA Cement, Lafarge Africa, AXA Mansard, Unilever Nigeria, Nigerian Breweries, and Aradel Holdings.

Seplat Energy is also among the companies that have declared unclaimed dividends.
