Three traditional title holders in Oyo State are set to be crowned as Obas in absentia, with the state government confirming that the conferment of staff of office and beaded crowns will proceed even if the appointees are not physically present. Hon. Ademola Ojo, Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, made the announcement on Friday at Mapo Hall in Ibadan.
