The Oyo State Football Association has scheduled the 2026 State President Federation Cup draws for Thursday, April 9, 2026, at Lekan Salami Stadium in Adamasingba, Ibadan, starting at 9 a.m. The event was announced by the board led by Oba James Oluyemi Odeniran in a statement released on Saturday. Defending champions Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC) and former winners Crown Football Club of Ogbomoso are among the eight registered men's teams. Shaki United FC, a previous champion, did not register for the competition.
The men's tournament will feature eight clubs, including newcomers like Mustadseed Energy Int'l Sports Club and Matrix Football Club, both from Ibadan. On the women's side, Pacesetter Queens Football Club will compete against Dragon Fury Ladies Football Club of Ibadan. The draw ceremony will include FIFA-certified stakeholders and representatives from registered clubs, the Coaching Association, referees' council, zonal football council chairmen, and media personnel.
