Premier League fans have expressed overwhelming dissatisfaction with the Video Assistant Referee (VAR) technology, with a majority calling for its removal. A recent survey conducted by the Football Supporters' Association (FSA) found that nearly three-quarters of respondents, or 76 percent, oppose the continued use of VAR. The survey, which involved nearly 8,000 supporters from all 20 top-flight clubs, also revealed that the majority of fans believe VAR has had a negative impact on their enjoyment of the game. A staggering 97 percent of respondents stated that VAR has made the game less enjoyable, while over 90 percent believe the technology has worsened the matchday experience. The dissatisfaction with VAR is not limited to stadium audiences, as 94 percent of respondents also believe it has not improved the television viewing experience.
