Tunji-Ojo extended greetings to Christians in Nigeria and the diaspora, urging them to reflect on the values of selflessness, forgiveness, forbearance, and love taught by Jesus Christ. He encouraged citizens to uphold tolerance and community spirit, describing these as essential for national unity. Declaring Easter holidays is routine, not revelation, and Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo's call for unity through Christian virtues does little to address the lived realities of economic strain on Nigerian families. When inflation bites and power remains erratic, appeals to forgiveness and love sound more like spiritual placebo than policy.
