NGF expresses support for Tinubu’s Executive Order 9 on oil revenue payment The Nigeria Governors’ Forum (NGF), has expressed strong support for the Executive Order 9, signed by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on 13 February 2026 which among others, requires that oil and gas revenue entitlements to be remitted directly into the Federation Account.
