The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has released results for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination Mock held on March 28. Candidates can check their scores by texting "MOCKRESULT" to 55019 or 66019 from the phone number used during registration. A total of 224,597 candidates registered for the mock, but only 152,586 participated. The exam was conducted at 989 centres nationwide, with more than 20 centres removed after technical issues. The board cautioned against scams promising inflated scores, stating that such actions could lead to registration cancellation or result withdrawal. The main UTME is set to start on April 16.
With the main UTME just weeks away, JAMB's timely release of mock results helps candidates gauge readiness. Students relying on the mock should now focus on targeted revision, especially after centres with technical failures were delisted.
