Zachery Ty Bryan (born October 9, 1981) is an American actor and film producer, best known for playing Brad Taylor, the oldest son on the ABC sitcom Home Improvement (1991–1999). He started acting as a child and appeared in many films, TV shows, and specials throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. Bryan retired from acting in 2009 and stayed out of Hollywood for more than ten years, returning briefly in 2022 with a small part in The Guardians of Justice.
