“There was a season when the weight of everything almost broke me” – Uche Ogbodo reflects as she celebrates her strength
Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo is celebrating her strength as she reflects on her trials.
While sharing new photos on her Instagram page, she disclosed that there was a season in her life when the weight of everything almost broke her, and she questioned everything, even her will to keep going.
She said something inside her refused to die, and through the pain, tears, and nights, she discovered a strength she never knew she had.
Uche said what was meant to destroy her became the fire that forged her, and now she stands stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
“There was a season in my life when the weight of everything almost broke me…..There were moments I questioned everything… even my will to keep going.
But something inside me refuses to die.
Through the pain, through the tears, through the nights when only God heard my prayers, I discovered a strength I never knew I had. What was meant to destroy me became the fire that forged me.
Today I stand stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
Because strong women are not made in comfort — they are built in the storms, in the battles, and in the moments when giving up feels easier than fighting”.
The mother of three recently announced that she was entering a new phase and had broken off baseless friendships. Ogbodo said she is already done with stupīd, baseless, and selfish friendships. She informed the public that if you don’t like her, she doesn’t like them, as she is her aura for the aura phase.
A year back, Ogbodo had sent a message to her critics and haters, noting how it took her quite a long time to develop a voice. She stated that she wouldn’t allow anyone to silence her and vowed to use her voice to propel positivity and justice wherever she feels or sees injustice.
In a different news, Uche had voiced out over the entertainment industry which she described as dark. Te mother of three exposed the industry, as she admonished her colleagues to be happy for others so that good things can come their way.
In another post, the light-skinned actress had penned useful advice to her single colleagues who are planning to get married, admonishing them to marry within the industry to preserve one’s marriage. She went on to narrate the importance of marrying from the industry and made a case for the females in the industry, saying they make the best wives.
