Former NURTW Lagos chairman, Musiliu Akisanya, better known as MC Oluomo, is celebrating his 51st birthday. Sharing a video of himself dancing, Olumo expressed gratitude to Allah for the gift of life, endless mercy, protection, and guidance over him and his household. He noted how through every challenge, test, and victory, Allah remains his strength and shield. MC Oluomo said life has taught him many lessons, one of which is that not everyone who smiles with you truly wishes you well. The NURW boss said he is grateful that, no matter the plans of those who secretly wish him harm, Allah’s protection has always been greater. “Today, I celebrate another year of life, and my heart is filled with gratitude to Almighty Allah. Ya Allah, I thank You for the gift of life, for Your endless mercy, protection, and guidance over me and my household. Through every challenge, every test, and every victory, you have remained my strength and my shield. I am nothing without Your grace, and for that I say Alhamdulillah. On this special day, I pray that Allah continues to guide my steps, enlarge my coast, protect my family, and bless the work of my hands. May He grant me more wisdom, patience, and strength to serve humanity and stand for what is right. May my new year bring greater achievements, good health, peace of mind, and divine favour. On his 49th birthday, the philanthropist revealed that 2024 taught him a life lesson: keep one’s friends close, but those who are truly dedicated and loyal should be drawn closer. MC Oluomo further revealed that he had reflected on many things and was using his birthday to rededicate himself to the good course of humanity. Two years back, the former Lagos NURTW boss had fallen out with his right-hand man, Koko Zaria, who pitched a tent with the new NURTW boss, Mustafa Sago. MC Oluomo’s wife, Modinat Adunni, had shared cryptic posts as she vented about betrayal from her husband’s inner circle. Noting that enemies don’t betray someone, but one’s inner circle, she encouraged MC Oluomo, adding that there was always a lesson of a lifetime to learn from every betrayal. Weighing into it, Fausat had reshared the video of Koko Zaria declaring his support for Sago. In her caption, she rained praises on MC Oluomo, who she described as Jagaban. Fausat stated in Yoruba that she gave him his flowers. To add to it, Ronke Oshodi Oke had sent encouraging words to MC Oluomo, assuring him that he would overcome.
