Second term: Bawa-Allah pushes for stricter federal character compliance The Commissioner representing Lagos State at the Federal Character Commission, Abdulwasiu Kayode Bawa-Allah has called for a tighter compliance with the constitutional principles guiding federal appointments and resource distribution.
