The Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offences Commission (ICPC) has listed the documents and electronic devices allegedly recovered from the Abuja home of ex-governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai. ICPC revealed this in court filings at the Federal Capital Territory High Court. The agency are opposing a N1bn fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by the former governor. El-Rufai had challenged what he described as his illegal arrest, detention, and the search of his residence last month.
