Former Chelsea goalkeeper, Carlo Cudicini, is being sued by the landlord of his £3million London mews home over converting its roof into a sun terrace.
The ex-footballer, 53, is being sued by Haya Property Ltd , the owners of the freehold on his South Kensington mews house, which is now valued at more than £3 million.
According to court filings, the landlord claims the former goalkeeper’s use of the compact rooftop space accessed from the first-floor lounge amounts to trespass and breaches the terms of his lease.
The dispute reportedly began after Cudicini complained about noisy air-conditioning units installed near his bedroom window by Haya Property, prompting tensions between the ex-player and the landlord. The lawsuit now seeks an injunction barring Cudicini from using the terra...
