Segun-Bello will serve as vacation judge in Enugu. The Chief Judge has advised the vacation judges and heads of divisions to refer any matters requiring urgent attention to him promptly. The court will resume normal sittings on Tuesday, 14 April 2026. During the vacation period, the Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt, and Enugu divisions will remain open to the public only for matters of extreme urgency, such as enforcement of fundamental rights, arrest or release of vessels, or matters concerning national interest.
