"I have not made any overture to anyone regarding an appointment in the current government," he stated. The senator emphasized that he remained committed to party activities and national development through civic engagement. No government official or spokesperson has commented on the matter.
A former aide to the last administration publicly distancing himself from Tinubu's government suggests the political marketplace is more crowded than visible.
