Troops of Operation HADIN KAI (OPHK) have foiled multiple ISWAP attacks on Forward Operating Bases (FOBs) Mayanti, Gajigana and Gajiram, in Borno State, k!lling 11 terrorists. Media Information Officer, Headquarters Joint Task Force (North East) Operation HADIN KAI, Lieutenant Colonel Sani Uba, disclosed this in a statement on Sunday, 1 March 2026. According to the statement, the bases were attacked between February 28 and the early hours of March. Five terrorists were k!lled in Mayanti, three at Gajiram and two during the Gajigana attack.
