Spread the word The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has commended the peaceful conduct of the ongoing Area Council elections across Abuja while expressing concern over low voter turnout, particularly in the city centre. Mr Wike made the remarks after monitoring the elections and interacting with voters in different parts of the territory on Saturday. He attributed the calm atmosphere recorded across polling units to the effective deployment and performance of security agencies. “We thank God that everywhere is peaceful.
