Students at Richgate Divine School in Ibadan who occupy leadership roles have completed the John C. Maxwell Leadership Programme. The training, aimed at developing leadership skills among young learners, was facilitated by Blessing Agoro, Akpebe Chika, and Abisola Sulu. Akpebe Chika also took charge of coordinating feedback on essay writings submitted by students about their experience in the programme. The school organised the programme to nurture responsibility, communication, and strategic thinking among student leaders. Participants engaged in sessions covering core principles of leadership as taught by John C. Maxwell, a globally recognised leadership expert. The initiative forms part of the school's effort to build character and influence among its student body. No external funding, government involvement, or public officials were mentioned in connection with the programme. The school has not announced plans for a wider rollout beyond the current cohort.
