President Bola Tinubu on Thursday launched the Renewed Hope Enterprise Bridge Initiative, a new platform designed to connect the federal government with Nigerian entrepreneurs. The programme aims to create continuous engagement between policymakers and business owners to ensure government policies reflect actual economic conditions. The initiative was formally introduced by Tinubu's Chief of Staff, Femi Gbajabiamila, who stood in for the president at the launch event in Abuja. The platform includes a digital portal to streamline communication and feedback between the government and private sector operators. Gbajabiamila stated the initiative would "ensure that the government's economic policies are informed by the realities on the ground." The government described the Bridge as a mechanism to strengthen public-private collaboration and improve the ease of doing business in Nigeria. Specific sectors expected to benefit include small and medium enterprises, manufacturing, and technology. The platform's website was simultaneously launched to mark the official rollout.
