Blessing Ibunge in Port Harcourt A non-governmental organisation (NGO), Africa Global Development for Positive Change Initiative (ADIafrica), in partnership with Stephen and Judith Igwe International Education Foundation has conducted a free medical eye outreach for over 300 residents in Rivers State. Flagging off the free medical eye outreach in Port Harcourt Saturday, President of ADIafrica International, Prince Dan Mbachi, disclosed that it is part of his organisation’s responsibility in assisting its host communities in the state.
