Opposition Education Minister Liam Staltari went further, describing the students' behaviour as "shocking and beyond unacceptable." He highlighted the need for the government to take a stronger stance against such conduct and provide support for teachers who are facing increasing challenges. Interestingly, the incident has also brought attention to the issue of teacher burnout and resignations in Western Australia. According to Staltari, teacher resignations have soared by 120% in the last six years, and more needs to be done to address this trend.
