Spread the word A member of the Governing Board of North East Development Commission (NEDC), Rep Sir Sam Onuigbo, has extolled the selection of Prof Ursula Akanwa as the first female Vice Chancellor of Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike, Abia state.
