Former Senate President Bukola Saraki has sent good wishes to former President Olusegun Obasanjo as he clocked 89 on Thursday. In a congratulatory message posted on X, formerly Twitter, on Thursday, Saraki described Obasanjo as a manuscript of Nigerian history.
