Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi has opened Ojaja Mall and Suites on Ogombo Road along the Lekki–Ajah axis in Lagos. The mall, named after his title Ojaja II, began full operations this year following its opening in late 2025. It occupies approximately 18,000 square metres and features 295 shops, including salons, fashion outlets, pharmacies, a walk-in clinic, restaurants, and pizzerias. Some units remain leased to existing businesses.

A game arcade offering premium entertainment is located near the private office of the Ooni and the offices of his foundation. The top floor hosts a cinema with three screens: two halls seating 280 each and a 30-seat VIP theatre with lounges. The monarch maintains an open-door policy when present, allowing public access to his office space.

Before ascending the throne, Oba Ogunwusi ran businesses in mining, banking, and real estate. He was a pioneer director and major shareholder of GT Homes, now Imperial Homes Mortgage Bank Ltd. He owns Inagbe Grand Resort in Lagos, the Ife Grand Resort Project in Ile-Ife, and over 3,000 residential and commercial properties nationwide.

He stated, "I do not just back indigenous investments, I am an indigenous investor with a massive quota across different spheres of the economy." He linked local business growth to naira stability and described MSMEs as the economy's backbone. "This is the only way through which monies are put in the pockets of the common people," he said.

The Ooni said his ventures employ many qualified youths who might otherwise be jobless. He cited a followership of over 35 million Nigerian youths as motivation for sustained impact. "I am driven by the result of possibilities in the Nigerian economy which are products of challenges like any other part of the world," he added.
