Northwest University, Kano, has announced the commencement of registration for the 2025/2026 academic session. Newly admitted students are expected to complete a four-stage process to finalize their documentation. The registration exercise will run from Monday, 23 March 2026 to Saturday, 26 April 2026.
New students must visit their respective faculties for screening of their O'level credentials and JAMB UTME subjects. They are also required to obtain a medical certificate from the University Clinic, based on dates assigned to each faculty.
To proceed, students will need to access the University Portal, print the payment invoice, and pay the registration charges through NABROLL. After payment, they will need to return to the portal and print the official Payment Receipt.
Additionally, students must go back to their Faculty registration point with the required documents, including the JAMB Admission Letter, Acceptance Form, and credentials for screening and documentation.
NWU Kano's registration timeline and requirements may pose a challenge for some students, particularly those who are not familiar with the university's portal or payment processes. This could have a significant implication for Nigerian students who are seeking to secure admission into the institution, as any delays or complications may result in them missing the registration deadline.
