Spread the word Minister of Education, Dr. Tunji Alausa, has said the federal government will reward outstanding Nigerian graduates, master’s and doctoral thesis with prizes ranging from N 5 million to N 20 million, under the recently established Nigeria Education Repository and Data Bank (NERD) Annual National Knowledge Prize and Award Programme. Speaking Thursday in Abuja, during a capacity building programme for school representatives on strengthening institutional compliance and academic records’ integrity, Alausa said the federal government has put measures in place to eliminate certificate forgery by aggressively enforcing credential verification to curb disputes over academic records.
