N/Delta Group, Lauds Otuaro Two-year Renewed Commitment, Human Resources Devt In PAP Administration

A group, under the aegis of Team Egbemo 1 of Niger Delta has described Dr. Dennis Otuaro’s two-years led Administration of Presidential Amnesty Programme PAP as strategic ,renewed commitment to the empowerment and sustainable development of human resources in the Niger Delta region.
The leadership and members of Team Egbemo 1, ably led by Comrade Daniel Sapele, extended congratulatory message to Dr Otuaro , Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme as he marked two impactful years of purposeful leadership in office.
This is contained in a statement issued by the group, Team Egbemo 1 in Warri, reiterated that Dr. Otuaro’s tenure has brought stability, unity amongst Ex-agitators and reinforce trust in the PAP in the last two years.
The statement reads” within the past two years, Dr. Otuaro has demonstrated remarkable dedication to repositioning the Amnesty Programme as a credible platform for human capital development, peacebuilding, and socio-economic empowerment.”
Team Egbemo 1 particularly applauded Dr. Otuaro’s strong emphasis on education and capacity development. Under his leadership, thousands of beneficiaries have been listed into programme like Educational scholarship opportunities both within Nigeria and abroad, providing knowledge and skills acquisition programme that would enable youths contribute meaningfully to the development of the Region.
The group further noted that PAP under Dr. Dennis Otuaro has strengthened the reintegration framework of the programme by expanding vocational training initiatives, supporting entrepreneurial development, and facilitating strategic partnerships aimed at creating sustainable livelihoods for ex-agitators and youths across the Niger Delta Region.
According to the group, “beyond education and empowerment, Dr. Otuaro’s inclusive leadership style and his consistent engagement with critical stakeholders, traditional rulers, community leaders, and youth groups across the Niger Delta made his administration unique to achieve this height,
this approach has significantly contributed to sustaining peace, stability, and unity in the region while rebuilding confidence in the Amnesty Programme”.
The statement also commended Dr. Dennis Otuaro for his humility, accessibility, and unwavering commitment to service and has brought confidence, hope among beneficiaries and other stakeholders in the region.
Team Egbemo 1 also acknowledged the Administrator’s efforts in strengthening institutional reforms within the programme, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring that the core mandate of the Amnesty Programme is effectively pursued.
While celebrating this milestone, the group expressed confidence that the next phase of Dr. Otuaro’s leadership would bring even greater progress, innovation, and stability to the programme to the wider Niger Delta region.
