Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, a former governor of Kano State and national leader of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), is set to join the African Democratic Congress (ADC) on Monday. According to a notice posted on X by Kwankwaso's media aide, Saifullahi Hassan, the general public is invited to witness the official registration of the ADC by the party leader.
