The Kano State Universal Basic Education Board has concluded plans to establish 30 learning centres across three local government areas of the state. The initiative, aimed at enrolling out-of-school children—particularly girls and Tsangaya pupils—into structured basic education, was disclosed in a statement issued on Friday and signed by the Director of Corporate Communications, Balarabe Danlami.
