Justice Tsoho assures CCB of cooperation in probe over alleged code of conduct breach The Chief Judge (CJ) of the Federal High Court, Justice John Tsoho has said he was ready to cooperate with the Code of Conduct Bureau (CCB) in relation to his alleged breach of code of conduct for public officers. Justice Tsoho said he would honour an invitation from the CCB once his lawyer, Kanu Agabi (SAN), who is currently outside the country, is back.
