At the tertiary level, the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) of the Rivers State University Teaching Hospital has been revamped and equipped with modern facilities, including monitors, ventilators, and scanners. This is a massive investment in the state's healthcare infrastructure, one that will undoubtedly benefit the people of Rivers State for years to come.
