Governor Ahmadu Fintiri has submitted three names to the Adamawa State House of Assembly for consideration for appointment as commissioners. The governor forwarded the names to the Assembly on Tuesday, barely a day after the Commissioner for Works and Energy Development, Adamu Atiku Abubakar, made his resignation public. Adamu Atiku had stated in his resignation letter that he was quitting Fintiri’s cabinet “after deep reflection and careful consideration” without giving any specific reason.
