Governor Ahmadu Fintiri of Adamawa State declared on Monday that he is the leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state. Fintiri, who officially defected to the APC last week, spoke against suggestions in some quarters that the National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, who has been regarded as the party’s leader in the state, would remain in that position.
