Govee has introduced a new line of outdoor string lights that can display multicolor effects, offering homeowners and outdoor enthusiasts a unique way to illuminate their spaces. This innovation is significant as it opens up new possibilities for outdoor lighting design and functionality. The Outdoor Chromatic String Lights are now available for purchase through Govee's online store and Amazon, with two length options: a 32-foot version with 10 bulbs for $169.99 and a 65-foot version with 20 bulbs for $299.99.
Each bulb in these string lights features a double-layer shell that protects it from the elements and reduces scratches. The bulbs also boast an IP67 weather rating, making them capable of withstanding heavy downpours. Inside each bulb, there are 55 RGB LEDs that work together to create a range of color effects, including solid colors and multi-color gradients. The bulbs also feature 54 dedicated white LEDs that output up to 240 lumens of illumination, allowing for a seamless transition between colorful effects and neutral white lighting.
The Outdoor Chromatic String Lights can be controlled and customized using the Govee Home app, which offers 12 music-reactive modes and the ability to adjust colors and lighting effects.
