Delta APC denies crisis at Ethiope West congress, says exercise was peaceful The Delta State chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has rejected allegations by the Ogharefe Council of Chiefs and Elders (Oguedion R’Ogharefe) that its recent Ethiope West Local Government Congress was crisis-ridden.
