In the suit, an Abuja-based lawyer, Victor Giwa, and another defendant are standing trial over alleged document forgery and impersonation before the Federal Capital Territory High Court. At the resumed hearing on Wednesday, prosecuting counsel urged the court to play a video in which the first defendant, Victor Giwa, was seen addressing a press conference and allegedly castigating the judiciary as corrupt.
