Civil society group urges Tinubu to issue Executive Order on 13% derivation fund President Bola Tinubu has been urged to issue an Executive Order to restore the lawful and constitutional administration of the 13 per cent derivation fund, amid concerns that state governors’ continued control undermines transparency, accountability, and the 1999 Constitution (as amended).
