**Breaking Records: Uba Sani's Road Revolution in Kaduna** The Kaduna State Roads Agency (KADRA) has announced that the ongoing 36km Bagoma-Gagumi road project in Birnin Gwari local government area will surpass an earlier record set by Governor Uba Sani. This news was shared by KADRA's Managing Director, Dr. Abdullahi Baba Ahmed, during a recent inspection visit to the project site. The Bagoma-Gagumi road, when completed, will connect 66 farming communities in Birnin Gwari to markets, schools, and hospitals, significantly boosting the local economy. This project is part of Governor Uba Sani's ambitious plan to construct 1,345 kilometers of roads across 20 local government areas in Kaduna state. Recall that just a few months ago, Governor Uba Sani commissioned the longest road project in the last two decades, stretching 35km across Igabi, Kajuru, and Chikun local governments. The road featured a 130-meter bridge over the River Kaduna, serving several rural communities. The MD highlighted the benefits of the Bagoma-Gagumi road, stating that it will improve the transportation of produce, particularly maize, which is a major cash crop in Birnin Gwari. This, in turn, will create better economic opportunities for the farmers and residents of the area. Dr. Baba Ahmed also emphasized that the project is part of Governor Uba Sani's broader initiative to improve infrastructure in Kaduna state. So far, the governor has launched 150 projects and completed 66 of them.
