Suspected bandits have k!lled one person and abducted four others, including three members of a family, in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State. The three family members were abducted in Kyauta community, located on the outskirts of Millennium City. The attack reportedly occurred around midnight on Monday, March 2, 2026 when armed men stormed the area, fired gunshots to scare residents and abducted five. The secretary of the local Joint Task Force (JTF), Abuammar Abdullahi, said the attackers fled towards a nearby bush.
