Alleged payroll fraud: Osun APC asks Adeleke’s Chief of Staff to resign

The All Progressives Congress, APC, in Osun State has called for the resignation of Alhaji Kazeem Akinleye, Chief of Staff to Governor Ademola Adeleke, over alleged links to a reported N13.7 billion payroll fraud.
In a press statement by its Director of Media and Information, Kola Olabisi, the opposition party accused Akinleye of bringing what it described as monumental shame to the state and urged him to step down from office.
The party alleged that claims surrounding the payroll fraud had further heightened concerns about the administration.
The APC referenced allegations made by Saadat Ottun, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Sally Tibbot Consulting Limited, which have circulated widely on social media.
