The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has stated that no Nigerian is above the law, but that justice must be fair and not selective. The party spoke in defence of former Attorney General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami, and former Kaduna Governor Nasir El-Rufai, who are currently facing legal proceedings. In a statement released on Tuesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Bolaji Abdullahi, the ADC said it would not abandon the two leaders or any of its members facing prosecution.
